Retail@Link offers e-Invoicing EDI Solutions to NUMIL Hellas

Athens, March 2017.

Retail@Link (member of Entersoft Group) implemented integrated e-Invoicing EDI solutions to NUMIL Hellas, targeting fast electronic interconnection with collaborating retail customers, in order to further apply accounts receivables automation.

NUMIL Hellas (member of Danone Group), the renowned baby-food product company, collaborates with Retail@Link, the innovative provider of integrated SaaS solutions, with focused experience and know- how in the electronic interconnection between F.M.C.G. suppliers and their retail customers. More specifically, the company opted for the awarded solution R@L e-Invoicing EDI provided by Retail@Link, which offers direct electronic interconnection with collaborating Super Markets, for the automatic exchange and registration of invoices-receivables and a variety of structured files from ERP-to- ERP, without the need for manual data-entry by the customers’ accounting departments and regardless of the heterogeneity of their back-end systems. On top of accelerating billing cycles and eliminating data-entry errors, the selected solution is expandable to every retail customer registered with Retail@Link’s connected community, through a single interconnection to the provider’s dynamically expanding B2B Hub.

As stated by Mr. Tasos Stathis, Supply Chain Director at NUMIL HELLAS: ” Innovations in technology are changing how the world does business, and technology is dramatically changing how entities in the logistics industry function in nearly every aspect. Exploiting collaborative technologies in our supply-chain, empowers our trading relations with mutual benefits, since they provide operational automation and reduce administrative effort and errors – which inevitably occur during repetitive and manual processes. Our collaboration with Retail@Link enabled us to quickly implement the EDI solution, while giving us the opportunity to expand our electronic interconnection with each customer on board to its B2B Hub.”
